Paper Focus: Largest paper ever written on sling removal and the indication for sling removal from 2011-2013. The number one reason why patients had slings removed was vaginal pain with or without intercourse. TVT type slings had a higher incidence of lower abdominal pain, TOT type slings had a higher incidence of groin pain.
